TUESDAY @ Culture Shock

Man this day was full and tiring.

1:00pm
- Got out of school early so I thought I would hit the gym...
- Muscle toning and conditioning
- Lifted a few weights
- Ab workouts

3:00pm
- Taught the kids from Ann's work
- Warmed up a little

9:00pm
- Culture Shock practice
- More room than usual
- Created some new footwork tech
- Drilled freezes and blow ups
- Worked on windmills to pipe freeze
- Flare to overturn suicide

Today will be a more rigid practice. Southbay YMCA at 8 o clock

OVERVIEW
- Work on flares, windmills, air swipes
- Drill freezes
- Drill footwork techs
- Energy stealers
- Endurance and breathing technique
- Come up with more go downs and endings
